Each piece of my handmade jewellery is traditionally made using basic silversmithing tools and skills at my East London studio and are mostly one of a kind creations. I use precious metals, gemstones and beach finds in my work and apply different textures and finishes to vary my work as much as possible. I love to use organic shapes and influences and most sea glass or sea pottery pieces are used without any additional cutting, sanding or tumbling. Gemstones are ethically sourced and I use every tiny bit of silver I purchase including any fragments, offcuts and silver dust.
All of my handmade jewellery pieces are presented in rustic, eco-friendly gift boxes and shipped in recycled packaging where possible.
All of the seaglass, sea pottery or beach finds used in my handmade jewellery are authentic and mostly found by me or my family during beach trips unless donated by fellow makers or beachcombers whom I trust. Seaglass and sea pottery are often random in shape, size, colour and pattern and no two pieces are exactly the same. These are man-made materials which have been shaped and beautified by mother nature and as such they may have natural imperfections.
