This ring has been handcrafted using traditional silversmithing skills and tools at my East London studio. Sterling silver has been cut and shaped by saw and then stamped using a metal stamp to make each imprinted circle into the metal. A rose cut red garnet and moonstone have been combined to create a light and dark contrast within serrated edge settings. This ring was created for the Ring a Month challenge under the theme Once Upon A Time - this ring was based on Jane Eyre novel by Charlotte Bronte, the two stones representing the powerful female characters Jane and Bertha.

The sterling silver has been oxidised and then given a polished finish. A rustic, textured ring band completes the ring which is a size UK N.
