This small green sea glass nugget, shaped beautifully like a teardrop, was found on the Isle of Sheppey, England.

The smoothness of the glass is framed perfectly by an abstract shaped contrasting textured surround, like the pebble beach on which the sea glass was found. Matching hammered and textured ring band.

The piece has been given an oxidised finish and polished to a high shine, to create depth and contrast in the textures and patterns of the metal.

The sea glass is naturally formed,was found by me and has not been altered in shape or finish. The ring has been handcrafted using traditional silversmith and stonesetting skills and tools.
